Course description:
This program is dedicated to better understanding the work of the O.D. professional within the context of global trends and emerging problems. It prepares management professionals with state-of-the-art education in the field. The coursework is designed for organization development professionals who perceive the management of change and the creation of high-performance organizations as central parts of their careers.
Entry requirements:
Students must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and show high probability of success in the program and the profession. For applicants whose native language is not English, a TOEFL test score of 600 on paper-based test or a score of 250 on the computer-based test for international applicants is required. (Minimum score may vary as ETS revised the exam). Applicants who do not meet the stated admission requirements for full admission may be considered for probationary admission.

Students submit a Nonrefundable application fee $40 payable by personal check or money order along with the International Graduate application. To apply for admission the first step is to call or write to the International Programs Office at Benedictine University and request an application package or fill out an application online.
