Founded in 1983 as the Acupressure-Acupuncture Institute, the college is one of the oldest colleges of Oriental Medicine and Massage Therapy in the State of Florida. The campus is based in Miami, dynamic Center for the study of Acupuncture, Oriental Medicine, and Oriental Bodywork. Accredited as a degree-granting institution by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, AMC offers a 36-month Master of Oriental Medicine Degree program and a 7-1/2 month Massage Therapy program with a Shiatsu specialization.
