Young Harris College was established in 1886 in Young Harris, Georgia. It is a private institution and has an enrolment of about 650 students. Young Harris College has four academic divisions: Fine Arts, Humanities, Mathematics and Science, and Social and Behavioural Sciences. Within these divisions the college offers various bachelors and associate degrees in the areas of English, music, biology, business & public policy, liberal arts, religious studies, theatre, musical theatre, allied health, athletic training, business, education, outdoor education and recreation.
